Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. What the Service is

• Free AI Career Score — an informational self-assessment that produces a score and suggestions. It is for general guidance only.
• Paid resume + LinkedIn rewrite — an AI-assisted rewrite of the resume and LinkedIn content you provide, delivered as an editable document. You review and finalize it before use.

3. Personal use only; no resale

The Service and any paid rewrite are licensed to you for your own personal, individual use — to prepare your own resume and LinkedIn content. You may not use the Service, or resell, sublicense, or repackage its output, to provide resume-writing, career-coaching, staffing, recruiting, or similar services to other people, or on behalf of any organization, agency, or business. Accounts used for commercial or multi-user purposes may be suspended or terminated. 4. Not professional advice; no guaranteed outcomes

The Service does not provide career, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice, and does not create a professional-client relationship. We do not guarantee any particular result — including that you will receive interviews, job offers, promotions, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control.

5. AI-generated content; your responsibility to review

Your report and rewritten documents are generated with the help of artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and may include placeholders (for example, "[add a number]"). You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, correcting, and approving all content before you use or submit it. You confirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate and that any final document you use accurately represents you.

6. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the information you provide (your "Input"), including your resume. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and transmit your Input (including to our AI and service providers) solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you own or have the right to submit your Input and that it does not infringe others' rights or include another person's personal information provided unlawfully. Subject to your payment, the rewritten documents we deliver ("Output") are yours to use.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including our software, assessment, templates, text, and branding, is owned by StillSharp and protected by law. Except for the Output delivered to you, we grant you no rights in our intellectual property, and you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Payment

The paid rewrite is a one-time charge of $99 (USD), plus any applicable taxes, processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and confirm your payment information is accurate. Prices may change, but changes will not affect an order already placed.

9. Refunds

Because the paid product is a personalized digital deliverable, please review it promptly. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@stillsharp.ai within [7] days of delivery and we will, at our discretion, provide one revision or a refund. We do not provide refunds based on employment outcomes (such as not receiving an interview or offer), since those are outside our control. This Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: submitting unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content; submitting another person's information without authorization; attempting to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using the Service to violate any law or third-party terms.

11. Third-party services

The Service references or relies on third parties (for example, Stripe, LinkedIn, and email providers). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. The Service does not automatically update your LinkedIn profile; it provides content for you to copy and paste. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StillSharp and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or data, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $99 if you made a single purchase). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StillSharp and its owner from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of the Service, your use of any Output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
